At Niasha, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction by delivering their orders with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely and secure manner, which is why we only ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest possible time. Your trust in us is paramount, and we go the extra mile to make sure that every detail, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep, reflects our dedication to excellence.


SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping cost policy is as follows:

  • Orders up to INR 2999:
    • For domestic orders with a total value of up to INR 2999, a flat shipping fee of INR 99 will apply.
  • Orders above INR 3000:
    • We offer free domestic shipping for orders with a total value of INR 3000 or more.

Please note that shipping costs may vary based on ongoing promotions and offers. We are committed to providing you with the most cost-effective and competitive shipping rates to enhance your shopping experience.

TRACKING ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and text message. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

HANDLING TIMES

We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 4 business days, with most deliveries occurring within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, so kindly ensure that your address details are accurate and complete.

LOST PARCELS

At Niasha, we prioritize the timely and secure delivery of your orders. In the rare instance that your parcel is lost, missing, or not delivered as expected, please notify us within 48 hours of the anticipated delivery date. We send email/SMS updates at every stage of the shipping process, and it is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and report any issues promptly.

If you inform us within the specified time frame, we will promptly raise a dispute with our shipping partner and initiate an investigation. Please note, disputes cannot be raised after 72 hours of the courier being marked as delivered, and we won’t be able to assist beyond this period. It is essential that you track your order and notify us immediately if there is an issue.

Dispute resolution may take 10-21 days, and refunds will only be processed upon official confirmation from the courier service. We understand that this situation can be frustrating, but we kindly ask for your patience as we work to resolve the issue.

We ask that you refrain from requesting a refund before the investigation is complete. Rest assured, we are committed to securing a favorable outcome for you.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

At Niasha, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you receive a product in poor condition or notice that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse the package and return it immediately to the delivery person.

Please ensure that the original product tags and packaging remain intact when you return the product to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue swiftly and efficiently.


While we strive to offer the best possible service and delivery experience, please note that once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for uncollected parcels due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any unexpected delays caused by adverse weather conditions or during peak holiday or festive seasons. We recommend that customers double-check their shipping address for accuracy and ensure availability to receive their package during delivery.

RESHIPPING POLICY:

In the event that an order is returned undelivered, the customer will be required to repay shipping charges ( INR 99) for the reshipment. The returned order will not be cancelled and refunded.

We want to highlight that returned orders incur high Return to Origin (RTO) charges, and leads to financial impact.

Our proactive messaging system keeps you informed about the order's movement, and we appreciate your vigilance in ensuring successful delivery.
